1. Registration: Participants must submit an event pass for the designated date of the event. Accurate information must be provided in the checkout form. 2. Walk-Ins: Walk-ins are not guaranteed a spot in the event and will be notified by event coordinators if they are able to play. Participants are encouraged to pre-register to secure a spot in the event.
3. Check-In: After completing the previous steps, participants must check in at the designated check-in area with proof of qualifying purchase. This will ensure that all participants are accounted for and ready to play.
4. Wait to be Called: We encourage participants to socialize and enjoy the venue while they wait for their match. It is important to be on time and ready to play when called.
5. Report Scores: After a match, participants must report their scores to the event coordinators to ensure accuracy and fairness. This will help to keep the event organized and running smoothly. All scores will be available for viewing on the website.
6. Return Devices: Participants must return all borrowed devices and equipment used during the event in the same condition as when they received them. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from future events.
